Newark Civic Center

The Newark Civic Center is comprised of the David W. Smith City Hall, the Alan L. Nagy Library, and the Newark Police Department, which are formed around a central civic plaza that serves as an outdoor multi-function event space. These three buildings are in total 84,130 gsf in area. The city hall houses the city administration services, city council chamber and features a double-height entry lobby with monumental stairway. The library houses the full book collection and includes a community room, maker space and separate area for kids and teens.

Lumina | San Francisco

Located in the evolving Rincon Hill District, Lumina at 201 Folsom Street is comprised of two residential towers rising 38 and 43-stories from a podium base which contain additional residential units, parking, and ground-level retail. Originally developed as phase II of The Infinity, market conditions delayed the groundbreaking and construction of Lumina by nearly a decade. Now complete, the project includes luxury amenities including a 75-foot lap pool, a fitness center, health club, home theatre and communal social lounges, and rooftop garden.

The Martin

The Martin is a mixed-use residential and retail project that is centrally located in Downtown Sunnyvale and within a 5-minute walk to the Sunnyvale Caltrain station. It is the third and tallest residential phase of Cityline, a 36-acre mixed-use development comprised of office, retail, residential, movie theater and supermarket projects. Cityline Sunnyvale is a major transit-oriented development which revitalizes the Downtown into an active pedestrian-oriented destination where residents and visitors can live, work and play.
 

Guangzhou International Fashion Center

The Guangzhou International Fashion Center houses the new headquarters for Canudilo, a leading high-end men’s clothing, accessories, and luxury brand retailer in China, as well as substantial office and retail space, a gallery for fashion exhibitions, conference center, roof gardens, and underground parking. The minimalism of the building form, combined with the textures and richness in the details of the envelope, reflect the high-level craftsmanship and refined, subdued aesthetics of the Canudilo brand.
