Shenzhen Yanzihu Area Integrated Urban Design

Heller Manus provided urban design services for The Yanzi Lake area is located in the geometric center of Pingshan District, southeast of Pingshan Central City, adjacent to the planned central city high hub integrated service core, regional science, and technology innovation service core, and other urban strategic core sections, with outstanding location value. The area is close to main urban roads such as Pingshan Avenue and Longping Road, and the traffic is convenient and well developed. Unique natural ecological elements such as Yanziling, Pingshan River, wetlands, and forest fields are gathered in the area. The strategically valuable high-quality land resources and characteristic elements make it an important expansion space for the upgrading and transformation of Pingshan Central District. Urban Design strives to build the Yanzihu area into a new urban living focus in eastern Shenzhen and even the eastern part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, leading the quality upgrade of Pingshan City and effectively improving the urban energy level of Pingshan in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
