181 Fremont St. has become a sought-after location for tech companies, as highlighted by the San Francisco Chronicle in a recent article by Laura Waxmann.

The article underscores a compelling shift in San Francisco’s downtown office landscape. While some legacy office buildings face increasing vacancy, 181 Fremont continues to emerge as a vibrant hub for innovation and growth.

As noted, 181 Fremont is a 57-story tower with approximately 435,000 square feet of office space below luxury condominiums. The office portion was fully leased to Meta in 2018. Today, the building has rapidly attracted a new generation of tech and AI companies, including Perplexity AI, Lila Sciences, Mercor, Zendesk, Strava, and Navan.

We are proud to see 181 Fremont recognized as a bright spot in San Francisco’s recovery and a destination for innovation.
