Waldorf Astoria Hotel

The Waldorf Astoria Hotel is a 21-story, 169-room luxury hotel located in the Mission Street Tower of the Oceanwide Center, a high-rise 2 million SF mixed-use complex in the Transbay District. The hotel’s public areas will be located on floors 1-8 with guest rooms on floors 9-21. Hotel amenities include banquet rooms, private dining, a commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, ballrooms, and a fitness center.

The design of the core and shell of Oceanwide Center is a joint effort by Foster + Partners and Heller Manus Architects. Hotel interiors are being designed by Hirsch-Bedner with Heller Manus coordinating the construction documents.
