Terraces at EmeryStation

5855 Horton Street, Emeryville, CA

The Terraces at EmeryStation are an essential element of transit-oriented/brownfield development centered on the Emeryville Amtrak Capitol Corridor Station. The Terraces’ C-shaped building with101 residential units, above the EmeryStation parking structure, is centered on the main courtyard with patios lining the eastern side of the complex. The Terraces offer a variety of unit types including several two-story configurations while other units take full advantage of the broad terrace level, creating generous open space for the residents.
