Heller Manus modernized and renovated a lounge, reception and several suites of the Financial District Hilton hotel in Downtown San Francisco. Heller Manus also proposed a solution to reactivate the unused rooftop amenities level space, dominated by an empty swimming pool and mechanical penthouse, with outdoor and protected dining areas and new landscaping.
