Newark Civic Center
The Newark Civic Center is comprised of the David W. Smith City Hall, the Newark Police Department, and the Alan L. Nagy Library which are formed around a central civic plaza that serves as a multi-function event space. These three buildings are in total 84,130 sf in area. The city used the Design-Build delivery method to aid in meeting their project time and budget targets.
Lumina | San Francisco
Located in the evolving Rincon Hill District, Lumina at 201 Folsom Street is comprised of two residential towers rising 38 and 43-stories from a podium base which contain additional residential units, parking, and ground-level retail. Originally developed as phase II of The Infinity, market conditions delayed the groundbreaking and construction of Lumina by nearly a decade. Now complete, the project includes luxury amenities including a 75-foot lap pool, a fitness center, health club, home theatre and communal social lounges, and rooftop garden.
Guangzhou International Fashion Center
The Guangzhou International Fashion Center houses the new headquarters for Canudilo, a leading high-end men’s clothing, accessories, and luxury brand retailer in China, as well as substantial office and retail space, a gallery for fashion exhibitions, conference center, roof gardens, and underground parking. The minimalism of the building form, combined with the textures and richness in the details of the envelope, reflect the high-level craftsmanship and refined, subdued aesthetics of the Canudilo brand.
