Located at 10th and Market Street near Civic Center, this project will anchor the new mid-Market District with a dramatic 35-story tower. There will be approximately 720 residential units within 700,000 square feet consisting of the main tower; a 12-story section along Market Street; a 9-story section along 10th Street and a 19-story section with rooftop pool along Jessie Street to the rear.
Ground floor retail along Market and 10th streets is extensive – 19,000 sq ft – and will help create a lively urban streetscape. The garage consists of 190,000 square feet on two levels tucked behind the retail and two levels below grade with 670 stalls for residents and commercial drivers. There is an extensively landscaped 19,000 square foot courtyard above the parking, two landscaped green roofs, and an observation terrace at the 36th story roof, in addition to a rooftop pool and terrace. The sweeping curved façade of the tower will present a distinctive addition to the city skyline and provide the units with panoramic views of downtown to the bay. The project will incorporate sustainable design and is pursuing a LEED Certification.
