The Arion

San Antonio, TX

Site: 150 acres

The entire Arion site comprises over 150 acres of developable land. This proposed master plan utilizes 56 acres to create a mixed-use scheme including six office buildings of varied heights, 12,500 sf of restaurant space, and a 320-room luxury hotel with convention facilities. The project would also include a medical well-care center that will house sports medical offices, diagnostic equipment, overnight accommodations, and extensive recreational and exercise facilities. A Habitat Inn with 132 executive suites, a clubhouse, and restaurant are also part of the overall design plan. Extensive landscaping organizes the flow of the site, incorporating planting, ponds, and fountains throughout the extensive open space. This widespread site plan also allows flexibility for future development.
