Pine & Franklin

San Francisco, CA

Site: 520,000 sf     No. Stories: Two towers – 24 stories & 15 stories
Sustainable Features: LEED-NC (proposed)

Located in the lower Pacific Heights neighborhood along the Van Ness Corridor, this mixed use, twin high-rise (24 and 15-stories) residence is a sensitive balance of buildings amidst communal open space. Within walking distance of the Civic Center and major transit lines, the 283 unit project will consist of 520,000 gsf. Upper levels will have spectacular views of the Marina District toward the north and dramatic downtown views in the other orientations. 6,300 sf of ground level commercial space will face Pine Street, maintaining the character of the commercial presence in the neighborhood. A major entry plaza consisting of landscaped planters, trellises, seating, a water feature and a pavilion at the front will make Pine Street a focal point of public space for both residents and the community to enjoy.
