Located on Market Street, in the heart of Downtown San Francisco, this historic five-story terracotta building, originally built in 1924, has ground floor retail space and offices above totaling 44,000 sf. The project includes a renovation of the main lobby, retail storefront, and the second, third, fourth and fifth floor tenant spaces. Handicap accessible restrooms and updated emergency exits were also undertaken during the buildings transformation process.
